Introducing Explore for a Cause: Stories That Matter

At Explore POV, our mission has always been to connect you with the world - transporting you to places you might never visit and immersing you in some of the planet’s most extraordinary landscapes. Now, we’re proud to take this one step further with Explore for a Cause, a new series dedicated to sharing stories that truly matter.

This isn’t just about pretty pictures of stunning destinations. It’s about diving into the heart of important issues like conservation, wildlife protection, cultural preservation - and highlighting the incredible, often unsung work being done quietly by small groups of people, day in and day out, to protect our planet. Explore for a Cause is about understanding the why behind these efforts and feeling the urgency to care about them.

We’re starting this journey with two remarkable stories: Cambodia’s Mondulkiri Project, where rescued elephants are given a second chance in their jungle home, and New Zealand’s Tamatea/Dusky Sound, where the dedicated team at Pure Salt is tirelessly working to restore and protect a fragile and unique ecosystem. These are stories of passion and purpose, driven by people making a difference in places most of us will never get to visit. But that’s the point - these stories deserve to be shared.

Through this series, we want you to feel like you’ve been there. To hear the stories of these people, to see the challenges they face and to understand why their work matters. Most of all, we want to spark empathy and inspire action - whether that’s starting conversations about these issues or supporting the causes they represent.

The first experience in Explore for a Cause will launch at the end of November. We’re excited to bring you these incredible stories and offer a closer connection to the people and places that truly matter. Stay tuned.
