Our sharpest stream, 8K 3D, needs about 50 Mbps. On a slower connection the player moves by itself to a lighter stream that needs about 20 to 25 Mbps. If the connection is slower still, it loads film ahead while the picture waits, so it stops now and then for a little longer instead of every few seconds.
