Subscription questions
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you subscribed here on the website, sign in and open the account menu in the top right, then use "Manage subscription" to open the billing portal. If you subscribed in the app on Vision Pro, cancel through Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
Is payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed securely through the App Store (for Vision Pro) or Stripe (for web). We never store your payment card details directly.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. App Store subscriptions include a renewal reminder from Apple.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
