What to expect
The camera stays in one place for the full 3 min, so nothing pans or lurches and you set the pace by turning your head. If fast motion in a headset does not agree with you, this is one of the gentler ways in.
It is filmed in stereoscopic VR180, which means depth is real: near things sit close, far things stay far, and the mountain reads at proper scale instead of flattening onto a screen. Look up, look to the edges of the frame, and take your time. There is nothing to steer and nothing to learn.

Lago di Braies at dawn in VR180
Lago di Braies, Pragser Wildsee in German, lies at about 1,496 metres in the Fanes Sennes Braies nature park in South Tyrol, at the head of a side valley off the Val Pusteria. It is the most photographed lake in the Dolomites and the reason is straightforward: the water holds a strong green from glacial meltwater, the wall of Croda del Becco closes the far end, and a wooden boathouse sits on the near shore with rowing boats lined up under it. The lake has become busy enough that summer access is now regulated, which is part of why dawn matters. Early morning is when the surface is calm enough to mirror the peak, before boats are out and before the light goes hard.
We filmed it at that hour as a still scene, three minutes with the camera fixed. We tag it Relaxing and the landscape type is mountain. Nothing pans or lurches, so you can look along the shore, out to the far wall, and back to the boathouse at whatever pace you want.
A mirrored peak is precisely the image stereo was made for. On a screen the reflection and the mountain occupy the same flat surface and the trick collapses. In VR180 your eyes place the water at your feet and the rock a kilometre away, so the reflection stays a reflection and the far wall keeps its distance.
